Nephrin was first described as a kidney podocyte marker protein with a MW of 135kD calculated from amino acid sequence data and an apparent Mr 185kD after SDS-PAGE.
Nephrin is a transmembrane cell adhesion molecule located at the slit diaphragm.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
