特徴
- Motilin-producing cells are distributed in the duodenum and upper jejunum.
- Gut motility is stimulated by motilin.
- Has been detected in colorectal adenocarinomas and in midgut carcinoids.
- Applications:Suitable for use in RIA and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): 1:50-1:100.
- Dilute before use with PBS.
- Incubate 1 hour at RT.
- No proteolytic treatment required Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control: Duodenum
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
