GAP-43, also called neuromodulin, B-50, pp46 and F1, is a neuron-specific, membrane-associated phosphoprotein involved in axonal growth and found in neurons undergoing regeneration
Applications:Suitable for use in IImmunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:400-1:800 with overnight incubation at 2-8°C
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Positive control: Rat duodenum.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
