Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:2000 (ECL)
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200; Incubate 1 hr at RT
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded tissue): 1:100 Incubate > 1 hr at RT; extended time for paraffin sections
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Positive Controls:Tumors Specifically Detected: All adeno-Ca tested, undifferentiated CA, hepatocellular CA, cervix Ca.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
