Type II hair keratin is one of the two types of hair keratin.
It is a basic protein which heterodimerizes with type I hair keratins to form hair and nails.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200 for 1 hour at RTWestern Blot (ECL): 1:2000 for 1 hour at RT
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
