For enhanced cortex staining, preincubate fixed sections with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1-5 minutes prior to first antibody incubation step.
Suggested incubation time: 1 hour at RT
Western Blot: 1:2000 (ECL)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
