特徴
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-2.0ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant Leptin.
- Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml; Detects recombinant Leptin at 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
