- Insulin Like Growth Factor-II (IGF-II) is a polypeptide growth factor which stimulates the proliferation of a wide range of cell types.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.15-0.30ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution.
- Allows the detection of ≥0.2ng/well of recombinant hIGF2
- Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml; The detection limit is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
