SFRP3, also known as FRZB, Fritz, Frzb1 and FRP-3, is expressed in the developing bone and cartilage as well as several adult tissues.
It functions as an antagonist of Wntsignaling.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml; The detection limit for recombinant mouse SFRP3 is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
In this format, shows ~60% crossreactivity with recombinant human SFRP3
Immunohistochemistry: 2-5ug/ml; Detects SFRP3 in cells and tissues
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
