- Frizzled-7 is an integral membrane protein that belongs to the Frizzled family of G-protein coupled receptors.
- Frizzleds function as receptors for Wnt proteins.

- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
- The detection limit is ~1ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile TBS, 0.1% BSA.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
