• Application:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-6.
• The detection limit for rmFrizzled-6 is ~2ng/lane under non-reducing and reducingconditions.
• In this format, this antibody shows less than 1% crossreactivity with rmFrizzled-1, rmFrizzled-2, rmFrizzled-3, rmFrizzled-4, rhFrizzled-5, rmFrizzled-7, rmFrizzled-8 and rmFrizzled-9
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Reconstitution:Reconstitute with sterile Tris-buffered saline, pH 7.3 (20mM Trizma base, 150mM sodium chloride) containing 0.1% BSA.
• Dilute to 50ug/ml.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
