Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-2.
The detection limit for rmFrizzled 2 is ~10ng/lane and 2ng/lane under non-reducingand reducing conditions.
In this format, this antibody shows ~25% crossreactivity with rmFrizzled 1 and less than 5% crossreactivity with rmFrizzled 3, rmFrizzled 4, rmFrizzled 5, rmFrizzled 6, rmFrizzled 7 and rmFrizzled 8

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
