Frizzled-6 is a member of the Frizzled/Smoothened family of G-protein coupled receptors that mediate the Wnt beta-Catenin signaling pathway.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using immersion fixed D3 mouse embryonic cell line treated with retinoic acid
Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml using recombinant mouse Frizzled-6Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells using D3 mouse embryonic cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
