Frizzled 5 belongs to the Frizzled family of integral membrane proteins that are receptors for Wnt proteins.
Frizzled receptors have seven transmembrane domains and a long N-terminal cysteine-rich domain that bind directly to the Wnt proteins.
Applications:Suitable for use in Direct ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml.
The detection limit for rhFrizzled 5 is ~0.5ng/well
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
The detection limit for rhFrizzled 5 is ~25ng/lane and 1ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
