- Receptor Interacting Protein (RIP) promotes apoptosis and activation of NF-kappa-B.
- It is required for TNFRSF1A mediated activation of NF-kappa-B.
- RIP binds to the death domain of TNFRSF6 and TRADD.
- It is recruited by TRADD to TNFRSF1A in a TNF-dependent process.
- RIP binds RPK3, BCE71P1 isoform 3 (ZIN), EGFR, IKBKG, TRAF1, TRAF2 and TRAF3.
- It interacts with BNLF1, and also interacts with SQSTM1 upon TNF-alpha stimulation.
- It may interact with MAVS/IPS1.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
