• Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4) is a serine type protease is also known as CD26 or adenosine deaminase binding protein.
• It is expressed in the plasma membranes of T cells and activated natural killer or B cells.
• Its expressions also have been found on a number of endothelial and differentiated epithelial cells.
• Removes N-terminal dipeptides sequentially from polypeptides having unsubstituted N-termini provided that thepenultimate residue is proline.
• Plays a role in T-cell activation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
