Endothelins are a family of peptides that are potent vasoconstrictors produced by mammalian vascular endothelial cells.
The receptors for the endothelins are found on various tissues including, but not restricted to lung and intestine.
This antibody recognizes epitopes on the cytoplasmic region of the receptor.
The binding of this antibody does not interfere with the function of the antibody that is, Endothelin A is free to bond to the receptor even if the antibody is present on the receptor.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: 10-20ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 20-40ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
