Chemokines and their receptors play a pivotal role in lymphocyte trafficking, recruiting and recirculation.
Chemokines act through seven transmembrane G protein-coupled receptors.
The chemokine system is increasingly recognized to play an important role in lymphocyte biology.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
