- NIK (NF-kB-inducing Kinase) expression leads to IkB kinase activation and induces nuclear translocation of NF-kB.
- It is involved in regulation of apoptosis, tumorigenesis, inflammation and various autoimmune diseases.
- In PC12 cells it induces differentiation and prevents apoptosis.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
