特徴
- The 104kD yeast heat shock protein (Hsp104) is a cytosolic member of the Hsp100 family of proteins.
- Hsp104 cooperates with Hsp40 and Hsp70 co-chaperones in yeast in the reactivation of heat-damaged proteins.
- Hsp104 is also critical for the establishment and maintenance of the [PSI] prion phenotype in Saccharomyces cerevesiae.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot (ECL): 1:1,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
