LIX is a 9.9kD chemokine, expressed by fibroblasts, that is induced by bacterial lipopolysaccharides and is chemotactic for neutrophils.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well.
The detection limit is 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant mouse LIXWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
The detection limit for recombinant mouse LIX is 1.5-3ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditionssOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
