特徴

• CD80, also known as BB1/B7-1, is a 60kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface receptors.
• It is expressed on activated B cells, T cells, monocytes and dendritic cells.
• It is a ligand of the two T cell costimulatory molecules, CD28 and CD152 (CTLA-4).
• The interaction of CD80 (or CD86) with CD28 provides a costimulatory signal for T cells activated through the CD3/TCR complex.
• Applications:  Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2.0ug/ml.
• This allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant mB-71 when used with C2432-03C CD80 (Biotin)
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mB-71 is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
