Recommended Dilution:Neutralization: 0.3-1.5ug/ml in the presence of 0.04ug/ml of rhMIP-1b, using the BaF/3 hCCR5 transfected cell chemotaxis assay.
In chemotaxis assays, this antibody will neutralize the biological activity of human MIP-1b and mouse MIP-1b at a 25-fold higher IgG concentration.
Will not neutralize the biological activity of mouse MIP1b
ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human MIP-1b.
The detection limit is ~0.3ng/well
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
The detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under non-reducing and reducing conditions
Immunohistochemistry: 0.5- 5ug/ml in cultured cells or tissue
