Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: ~0.1ug/well of rhIL-8 can be detected using this polyclonal antibody at a concentration of 2.6ng/ml Western Blot: concentration of 260ng/ml will allow visualization of approximately 5ug/lane of rhIL-8 Neutralization: Total chicken IgY fraction at the concentration of 50ug/ml showed 60% inhibition of 10ng/ml IL-8 induced IL8RB/293 cell migrationOptimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
