Mouse 8-Oxoguanine DNA Glycosylase 1 (mOGG1; 345 aa) is involved in the excision of 7, 8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine produced as a result of DNA damage.
This gene has been localized on human chromosome 3p25.
Several forms of hOGG protein have been cloned differing in lengths (351-424 aa) (1).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
Western Blot, though not tested, may potentially be used as an application.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000 using 50-100ng O5700-25 control peptide/well

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
