Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for antiserum and 1-10ug/ml for affinity pure antibody using ECL
ELISA: 1:10,000-50,000 for neat serum and 0.5-1ug/ml for affinity pure.
Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1ug/ml.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%).
Freeze at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.d sections of tissues may be tested.
仕様
Size:100ug
Host:rabbit
Source Antibody:rat
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Affinity purified over the control-peptide Sepharose
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4 and 0.09% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
Specificity:The rat is 92% conserved in mouse, 84% in human and 76% in sheep; rat sequence is not conserved in other species. The two peptides have no appreciable sequence homology with EP1 or EP3-4 or other GPCR. Antibody crossreactivity in various species is not established. The Control peptide, because of the small size (~3kD), are not suitable for Western. It should be used in ELISA, Dot Blot or to neutralize antibody and confirmspecificity of antibody
Isotype:IgG

Immunogen:A 13 AA peptide and a 24-aa peptide within the 4th cytoplasmic C-terminus of rat EP2 (1) coupled to KLH
