Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for neat serum and 1-10 mg/ml for affinity pure using ECL.
Based upon mRNA studies, the A3R has been found in rat testis and lung, kidney, heart and brain (1).
Other studies have found the mRNA to be highest in lung, spleen, and pineal glands, and to a moderate levels in brain, kidney, and testis (2).
It has been found in lung, liver, kidney, and heart and very little in skeletal muscle and brain (3)
ELISA: 1:10,000-50,000 using 50-100ng control peptide/well
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

仕様
Size:100ul
Host:rabbit
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Serum
Purity:Serum
Form:Supplied as a liquid.
Specificity:Recognizes human Adenosine A3 Receptor (A3R). Shows only 46% homology (7/15 AA) with rat and 20% (3/15 AA) with sheep A3R sequences. We recommend the use of A3R31 that is made to the rat A3R sequence for the detection of rat A3R. Antibody crossreactivity in various species is not established. Control peptides, because of their low MW (<3kD), are not suitable for Western. It should be used for ELISA or antibody blocking to confirm antibody specificity
Isotype:IgG

Immunogen:A 15aa sequence corresponding to human A3R gene (1). This region corresponds to the 3rd extracellular domain. A cysteine has been added at the NH2 terminus for coupling to KLH.
