The Ki67 is a nuclear protein, which is expressed in the proliferating cells.
Ki67 is preferentially expressed during late G1-, S-, M-, and G2-phases of the cell cycle, while cells in the G0 (quiscent) phase are negative for this protein.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin):10-20ug/ml for 30 min at RT.
Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10- 20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
