特徴

• IFNg induces a variety of biological responses, such as antiviral, antiproliferative and immunomodulatory activity in sensitive cells.
• Activation of the IFNg receptor (IFNgR) leads to auto- phosphorylation of the Janus kinases JAK1 and JAK2, and the nuclear translocation of the transcription factors Stat1a p91 and Stat1b p84.
• The IFNgR is composed of at least two chains, designated IFNgR1 and IFNgR2.
• Although expression of IFNgR1 is sufficient for ligand binding, it alone does not confer responsiveness to IFNg.
• Concomitant expression of IFNgR1 and IFNgR2 is required for transcriptional activation of IFNg- inducible genes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Neutralization.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Neutralization: 0.5-2ug/ml using ~2ng/ml of Recombinant human Interferon gamma.
• Measured by it’s ability to neutralize IFN-gamma r1/cd119-mediated inhibition of EMCV-induced cytopathy in the HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cells line
• Western Blot: 0.1ug/mlImmunocytochemistry: 5-15ug/ml.
• Immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
