特徴
- A novel class II histone deacetylase, HDAC10 is most similar to HDAC6.
- Both contain a unique, putative second catalytic domain not found in other HDACs.
- In HDAC10, however, this domain is not functional.
- Unlike HDAC6, which is normally a cytoplasmic deacetylase, HDAC10 resides in both the nucleus and cytoplasm.
- Data suggests that HDAC10 may play roles both in the nucleus, as a transcriptional modulator, and in the cytoplasm in an unidentified role.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000, predominant band seen at 65-70kD
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
