Brn3a (transcription factor 1 (brain specific homeobox/POU domain protein 3A) POU4F1, POU domain, class 4, RDC-1) is a transcription factor specifically expressed in cells of the developing mammalian nervous system.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500 detected Brn3A on 10ug of bovine and rat retina lysates
Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 detected Brn3A in HeLa and A431 lysates
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200-1:1000 for tissue
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
