特徴

• Rac1 and cdc42 are members of the Rho-GTPase family.
• They play key roles in cytoskeletal reorganization, membrane trafficking, transcriptional regulation and cell growth and development.
• It has been established that GTP binding stimulates the activity of Rac1/cdc42.
• A putative Akt phosphorylation site at serine 71 of Rac1/cdc42 has been identified and confirmed by in vitro kinase assay (1).
• Phosphorylation at this site may inhibit GTP binding of Rac1, therefore attenuating the signal transduction pathway downstream of Rac1.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000.
• Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 1X TBS, 5% BSA, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
