Anti-RANTES factor of Late Activated T Lymphocytes-1 (RFLAT-1) polyclonal antiserum.
RFLAT-1 is a novel protein belonging to the TFIIIA-like zinc finger protein superfamily and binds to the A site of the RANTES (Regulated upon Activation, Normal T cell Expressed and Secreted) chemokine.
RANTES is involved in the generation of inflammatory infiltrate and HIV entry into immune cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
