特徴
- The human p8 gene encodes a nuclear protein with strong mitogenic activity, which is expressed in the pancreas in response to acute pancreatitis.
- Response to TNF alpha and staurosporine-induced apoptosis is not modified by p8 expression.
- However, cells expressing p8 grow significantly and more rapidly.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:250-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
