The inhibitory neurotransmitter, GABA, acts through two ligand-gated channels, GABA A and GABA C receptors and GABA B, the latter of which acts through a G protein mechanism.
GABABR1 is one of the two G-protein coupled receptors for GABAB that acts as a heteromeric assembly with GABABR2.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:250-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
