In conjunction with biotinylated anti-mouse IL-13 (I8435-06), detects 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant mouse IL-13
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mouse IL-13 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Neutralization: 0.08-0.1ug/ml will yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of mouse IL-13 (10ng/ml)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
