Applications:Suitable for use in Electron Microscopy, Western Blot, Light Microscopy, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Electron Microscopy: 1:10-1:20Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher
Note: BSA and non-fat dry milk may contain IgG.
For secondary antibodies directed against goat, the use of BSA or nonfat dry milk to block or dilute these antibodies may significantly increase background and/or reduce antibody titer.
For blocking, normal serum (5%) from the host species of the labled secondary antibody is recommended.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
Do not freeze.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
