• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and ELISA.

• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500 on 10ug rat retina lysates.
• Immunohistochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 2-20ug/ml on paraformaldehyde fixed sections.
• ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000 Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
