Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:10,000–1:50,000 using 50–100ng control peptide per well.
Western Blot: 1–10ug/ml using ECL.

Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
