The Trk family of tyrosine protein kinase receptors, is responsible for mediating the trophic effects of the NGF family of neurotrophins.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (tissue from rat spinal cord): 1:2000-1:3000Western Blot (rat membrane preparations): 1:1000-1:1500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
