Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry:1:500-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000 ELISA: 1:500-:5000 Inhibition of biological activity in vitro: 1:10-1:50 Use neat for in vivo animal studies (5-10ul/g body weight) Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Biological Activity:Whole sheep antisera will completely inhibit the survival and neurite outgrowth actions of mouse NGF in chicken dorsal root ganglion neurons in vitro.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile dH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
