特徴

• Neurogranin is a 78 amino acid neuron-specific substrate of protein kinase C that accumulates predominantly in dendritic shafts and spines of neurons.
• Immunoreactive neurogranin has been detected in many brain regions but is particularly abundant in the mammalian forebrain.
• Immunostaining is completely abolished by pre-adsorption of the antibody with the immunogen peptide.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: ≥1:500 on 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS fixed or 3% paraformaldehyde/0.1% glutaraldehyde/PBS fixed tissue sections
• Immunocytochemistry: ≥1:500Immunoprecipitation: ≥1:100ELISA: ≥1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
