Mannosidase II is a 135kD protein located on the luminal side of golgi membranes.
The antibody is useful as a marker for golgi apparatus and for studing the fate of the golgi complex in diving cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-1:400 on HeLa and COS7 cells fixed with ice-cold methanol.
Formaldehyde fixation can reduce the staining intensity if left in contact with the cells for more than 15-20 minutes
Immunohistochemistry: Cold methanol fixed tissue
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
