Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: ≥ 1:2000Immunohistochemistry: ≥ 1:1000 on 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS fixed or 3% paraformaldehyde/01% gluteraldehyde/PBS fixed tissue sections
Immunocytochemistry: ≥ 1:1000 on hippocampal neruons in culture and PC12 cells stimulated with NGF
ELISA: ≥ 1:2000Immunopreciipitation: 1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Control:Rat dorsal root ganglion tissue that has been subjected to a spinal nerve ligation; cultured neurons
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
