Fix samples with 0.5%-2.5% glutaraldehyde for optimum detection.
Also use on frozen sections, Vibratome sections and tissue culture formats when penetrating reagents such as 0.3%A Triton X-100 is used
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Maintain at 2-8°C in undiluted aliquots for up to six months.
Extremely stable under normal use and routing storage at this temperature.
