Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: Prepare enough G8125-15 for the day’s use by diluting 100X with 1% GSPBT.
Using silver-intensified immunogold or fluorescence.
Samples should be fixed with 0.2%–2.5% glutaraldehyde for optimum detection.
This antibody has also been used and found to work with a zero-low glutaraldehyde/high paraformaldehyde fixation (4% paraformaldehyde in 0.1M phosphate buffer/3% sucrose fixative).
The minimum glutaraldehyde concentration is 0.02%.
Performance is good with frozen sections, Vibratome sections and tissue culture formats, when penetrating reagents such as 0.3% Triton X-100 are used.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
Do not freeze.
Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
Note: We do not recommend adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.
