Flt4 is type 1 membrane protein, a receptor for VEGF-C and is expressed in adult lung, and liver, and in fetal liver, brain, intestine and placenta.
Flt-4 is also known as vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1–10ug/ml using ECL.
The antibodies detected ~140kD band in rat liver extracts.
ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
