- Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (w/mmunoperoxidase detection*): 48 hour incubation, 4°C.
- Spinal cord nerve fibers (rat): 1:2000-1:4000.
- Immunofluorescence*: overnight incubation, 4°C Duodenum endocrine cells & nerve fibers (porcine): 1:2000 Ileum endocrine cells & nerve fibers (guinea pig): 1:4000 *Fixative-any cross-linking reagent Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
