The disruption of the DBH gene is thought to cause changes in development and behavior in certain models.
Both DBH and the multiple regulatory pathways of DBH are of increasing research in many neurological diseases.

Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:250-1:1000 on human, monkey and bovine adrenal medulla.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:250-1:1000, staining was evaluated in the locus coeruleus of formaldehyde-fixed, cryopreserved human and monkey brain.
