特徴

• CD49e is a type I membrane protein that associates non-covalently with Integrin beta 1 (CD29) to form the heterodimer CD49e/CD29 (VLA-5).
• VLA-5 is expressed on mast cells, splenic B cells, thymocytes, T-cells and monocytes.
• The VLA-5 heterodimer forms the fibronectin receptor, which plays an important role in cell adhesion and migration.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:500-1:2000 Western Blot: 1:1000 detects integrin alpha 5 on 10ug of HUVEC lysates.
• HUVEC lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with C2405-02D (1:1000).
• Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) donkey anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system
• Immunoprecipitation: Use 5ul antibody for 5x10e6 cells.
• Immunohistochemistry (Acetone fixed tissues): 1:1000Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Control:Mouse 3T3 fibroblasts, skin (basement membrane)
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
